the Price of Bungee Jumping

I went bungee jumping with my best friend in Ocala, Florida. The cost was $125 per person. There was a discount available if you bought 5 jumps, which would have brought the cost down to $100 per jump.

I went to visit a friend I hadn't seen for a very long time and we decided to do something crazy to mark the occasion. There was a local company that offered bungee jumping and we thought it would be a great option.

We did our research online first to make sure the company we chose was in good standing and that people had gotten good service from them. Everything turned up okay so we went ahead and bought a package.

They gave a lot of instruction before we jumped, which was great and helped us feel more at ease. We jumped from a crane with a pool underneath it. I'm not sure why the pool was there but it did make us feel safer, even if the water wouldn't really have helped in an emergency.

Overall it was a pretty fun experience. However, I don't know that I'd spend $125 again for what amounts to 20 minutes or so of fun. It was a once in a lifetime experience and I'm glad we did it once though.

Be sure you do your research to make sure that the company you're considering is safe and has a good track record.
