the Price of Tours in a Limo

The service was 2 and a half hours of limo service for a "monument tour". It basically did a circle around DC and stopped at most of the major monuments. The fee was $400 for the limo for the 2.5 hours, and an additional $40 that we tipped the driver. The $400 was all inclusive for tax or what not but did not include alcohol. We did, however, have the driver stop at a liquor store and they let us get some beer and rum for the limo. That is not included in the $400. We had 12 in the limo, so it came out to about $37 a person.

I highly recommend doing this! It was a great way to see DC in style. Very impressive night-time experience of the city. $400 seems a lot but it really isn't bad at all when you divide it among a group of 12. We had the time of our lives and it all came at a price that was much cheaper than a night at DC bars. I spent about twice as much at the bar the day before! I would highly recommend trying to do this for anybody visiting DC!

My tip would be to call local limo companies and what they charge for the 2.5 hour monument tour. Somebody else in my group is the one who set it up for us so unfortunately, I cannot be much more helpful than that.
