Description of service

We rented a limo for our daughter and her friends for prom. The cost of the limo for 4 hours was $350.

Review of Service

We know that a lot of kids end up drinking during prom and we wanted to be reasonable about it so we rented our daughter and her friends a limo to ensure they'd get around safely. At first everything was fine. The driver showed up on time and was very nice and professional. We felt comfortable with him driving our daughter and her friends around.

He took them to the prom and was supposed to be out there waiting for them once it was done. Well, the kids decided to leave after an hour or so and the limo was nowhere to be found. After almost an hour the limo driver showed back up. He apologized and said he didn't think they'd be out for awhile and had gone to get some food.

The problem with that is that we were paying him for that time! He was paid by the hour and therefore should have been available no matter what.

Tips

When you're paying by the hour, you should get what you pay for. If you don't, call the dispatcher and let them know what went wrong.
