the Price of Roadside Assistance Programs

I recently paid for a yearly membership renewal at my local office. I have been with this service for 10 years. I recieve coverage for any car I or my husband drive. The towing is unlimited mileage, and when you live in the country that is very worth while. They will also send a truck out if I lock my keys in my car, run out of gas, or need a tire change. This program also gives us discounts at many local retailers, on car repairs, restaurants, and on vacation planning as well. The cost of the yearly membership was 100.00 for my husband and I that is including tax. This price is also the current price, not just a renewal price.

I really recommend this service to anyone who could use road-side assistance. I recently used this service for my husbands car and the customer service representatives are more than helpful. I was transferred to the correct person immediately, and was given no runaround. The service was able to locate me immediately and the tow truck was at my service within an hour.

I would reccomend that anyone who is shopping for a road-side assistance program should realy shop around. Make sure that you are getting the most for your money, ask what the towing mileage limit is, especially if you live in a rural area, or do a lot of traveling. Also ake what services are covered, and make sure that this program has many providers in your area, otherwise you could spend time on the phone helping them locate you.
