the Price of Emergency Chiropractic Care

This cost included the chiropractor reviewing my husband's X-ray and MRI films he'd had done earlier. He had already had back surgery, but the recovery was worse than the injury and all his surgeon wanted to do after the pain still existed 4-5 months after surgery was to give him more pain medication. That was just not acceptable to us so we decided to try a chiropractor my dad had used before.

Both chiropractors at the clinic took the time to come in and visit with us. They explained how sometimes even chiropractic medicine had to give over to surgery, but agreed that they would try to offer my husband relief if it was within their power.

My husband still raves about the machine they put him on that stretched his back and the lamps that provided a gentle warmth. Although he did have to return frequently, he no longer relies on pain medicine on a regular basis.

Don't believe the naysayers that say chiropractors aren't "real" medical doctors. They undergo a LOT of training that the average doctor doesn't. They believe in using all natural approaches to total health BUT a good chiropractor will also realize when he cannot help you and will refer you to someone that can.
