the Price of Pizza Delivery

It costs $95.00 to have 14 one topping pizzas, 7 orders of bread sticks, and 7 orders of sauce delivered. The pizzas were $5.00 each for a total of $7.00, the bread sticks and sauce were $1.50 for each order ($10.50 total), the delivery charge was $8.00, and $6.50 for the tip. We have tax exempt number, so we don't have to pay tax.

We recently had party because our summer camp was ending. We had to feed 40 children and 10 adults. After checking several options we decided on pizza because it is affordable and all the children really like pizza. There is a Little Caesars in our city that offers large one topping pizzas for $5.00 each, but they don't usually deliver. After speaking with the manager, he agreed to have the pizzas delivered with a 10 percent delivery charge. He also gave me a 50 percent discount on the bread sticks and sauce. It is about a 15 minute drive to the the restaurant, so it was worth paying extra for delivery and tip. The pizzas were delivered on time and were were fresh and delicious. It was great service and food at a great price.

If you are trying to feed a large group on a budget, ask for specials. Be sure to ask for the manager because they are authorized to give discounts that other employees aren't always aware of. Also, be sure to compare the prices and offers of different places.
