53.00 for teeth cleaning, 21.00 for fluoride treatment, 29.00 for sealant, in this case there was 2 teeth sealed. The company came to my child's school and did the services in school time. My child only missed class for as long as it took for the work and we didn't even have to pick up and return the child to school.

The service was great my child said that the service was good and they had no issues with the braces my child wears or cleaning around them. We filled out a paper ahead of time allowing for the service, billing, and permissions to have the cleaning done. They filed for insurance and actually didn't follow up when they weren't paid until I did. I realized they mistakenly charged another insurance company.

When they did bill my insurance company they were reimbursed in full and happy I imagine to have finally receive payment. They even told me ahead of time how much they charged per service and I checked with insurance so I knew I would not be charged anything extra for the service. The best part was no lost extra school time for my child since all services were performed around school class at school. I would do that again.
