Description of service
One month of ballet/tap cost $90.00. The lessons were for four weeks. Once a week for 1 hour. The actual class cost $40.00. The leotard was a one time fee of $25.00. Ballet slippers, tap shoes and stockings cost another one time fee of $35.00.
Review of Service
The service was not at all good. The instructor was young and inexperienced in teaching a class. She did 15 minutes of warm up, 15 minutes of ballet, 15 minutes of free dance and then 15 minutes of tap. She did not concentrate enough on one thing. Nothing was learned in three months of class. The class and instructor were often distracted. I feel for the amount of money spent I would have liked to learn something. Leotards could have been bought cheaper. It was also mandatory to have a uniform the first day. There was no trial period.
Tips
Make sure to go peek in on a class before you sign up. You will get a feel for the instructor and how the class is taught before you pay alot of money. Talk with the people coming out of class how they enjoy it. Make sure to get prices for everything not just the class cost.
