Description of service
I went to an famous online card store and ordered 20 wedding shower invitations (envelopes included) and 20 RSVP cards to place in the invitations. Via the website, I was able to, with my partner's help, completely personalize the invitations with my own wording and information. The site gives you a template, but you are permitted to edit it in its entirety. They then print the cards you have ordered and ship them to you via the mail.
Review of Service
This was GREAT! Aside from the shipping charges ($8.99), which I thought were a bit steep (they charge per card whatever the going rate for a card through the mail would be) because they sent them to me in a box and I know they did not pay full price, I was really happy with the whole experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants actual paper invites. They looked like we purchased them at the store and they just happened to be personalized! Great quality and really easy too.
Tips
Do this! They have tons of different styles and price ranges. Our price was the cheapest they offered, but we needed 40 cards. If we had a smaller party, I would upgrade to ones where you can add personal pictures and stuff. Realize that if the website has a store in your state, you will be charged sales tax. Allow yourself plenty of time to get the invites and mail them out to the guests.
