Description of service
I recently paid $5900 for the custom printing of 70,000 full color, tri-fold, 16.5 x 8.5 brochures. This price included the printing, folding, tabbing of the brochure, as well as shipping the brochures to me and shipping 20,000 of the brochures to Alabama.
Review of Service
The service I received was well worth the price. The overall cost was so much lower than any other competitors that it was an easy decision to make. Unfortunately, the customer service I received was not very good at all. The brochures were approximately a week late getting to me, plus they sent brochures to me that were supposed to go elsewhere (but they paid for that mistake). This particular company did have an online tracking system for their orders, but they few times I checked, it appeared to have not been updated so I could never tell if it was accurate.
The brochure itself looked fantastic and I was very happy with the quality of the work that was done.
Tips
When doing large print jobs such as this, definitely shop around. My original quote from the printing house I normally use was slightly over $8000. So even though there was some hassle and delays from the printer I used on this particular project, because of the huge savings it was well worth it.
