the Price of Basic Cable

Basic cable television service - non digital. This package includes over seventy channels, but not the extra sports and premium channels. This service allows for all tv's in the home, so they will hook it up in all rooms whee there are tvs.

For this price you can get a lot of entertainment. There is something for everyone in the family - from soaps to educational programming channels. The price is reasonable for what you get. But you have to justify it by watching a lot of television, so there is a tradeoff. Overall, my experience with the service has been great. Of course there is always customer support, and I have never had to pay a late fee, which is nice, and unusual when it comes to other bills you usually have.

If you don't watch much television, try seeing if your local provider has a small basic package that includes just ten channels (fox, abc, etc). I was able to get a $10/month package over the summer that still let me watch my favorite shows, but I didn't have to pay the whole price for cable when I wasn't really watching very much tv. Also, look for special deals when you are looking for a service - a lot of times there are special deals going on.
