Description of service
Basic cable takes up to channel 22. This service is great. We have 5 tvs hooked up and internet also (internet costs extra). Hardly ever is there a issue with basic cable but in the foothills of sc there is no reception unless your really lucky. I know because we put a new antenna up and still ended up getting cable. Nothing worse than fly fights on tv. or snow storms that are just snow.
Review of Service
We have hardly a problem with cable tv, and when we do we just give them a call and they are on the job. Even when I say I must be the first one to call. Sometimes they even have a recording saying that they are aware of a issue in a area and if you are calling about that area they are already working on it. Whenever the service people come out to the house they are super at getting the problem fixed and showing up on time.
Tips
When we moved from 1 home to another we had to have service at both locations for around a week and they didn't even charge us for the overlap. If you want to watch them work they don't mind. They even will answer questions and tell you more about things than you ask if your just hanging out watching them do the job.
