Description of service
This is the price we pay for my daughter's weekly tap class. The cost includes all fees associated with the class with the exception of fees for shoes and costume requirements, which generally run about $40 and $80 respectively. The class meets for 45 minutes a week and includes about nine students. The dancers work on improving techniques, learning new techniques, and also learning choreography to be used in competition.
Review of Service
This is probably my daughter's favorite class because she loves the teacher who we affectionately call "the tap monster" because she expects the girls to give it their all for the entire class. My daughter has improved ten fold since beginning with this teacher and we could not be happier with the results. The class is challenging, but her abilities prove that hard work pays off.
Tips
Expect your muscles to be sore if you have never taken a tap class before. Also, invest in a pair of good tap shoes as this can make all the difference in your technique and level of difficulty achieved. To find a good studio, research online or ask friends or family members if they know of a reputable dance studio in or near your area.
