Description of service
Our office ordered sub sandwiches for our office party. They ordered enough food for 300 people. The food they delivered included sandwiches, chips, salads, dessert trays and beverages for everyone. They waived the delivery charge for any order over $300 so we got free delivery.
Review of Service
The food was fine but the service wasn't as good. For one thing, they were about 20 minutes late. So we had all these people in our office coming over every 20 seconds asking when the food was coming. Once the food came in, it took awhile to set everything up and that took about another 10 minutes. We had some hungry people on our hands by the time all was said and done!
The sandwiches were just as we ordered them. There was a good variety in the types of chips they brought. The salads were very basic and a little wilted so we were disappointed in that. We also wished there'd been an option to not have beverages included as pop, tea and coffee is already provided to our employees every day.
Tips
If you're ordering for an office party like this, don't tell your employees the specific time that the food is coming. That way, you won't have to answer a bunch of questions as to why it's so late.
