Description of service
I ordered a sandwich from a local deli. It was an $8 sandwich and came with chips. There was free delivery and I gave a $2 tip.
Review of Service
The delivery ended up taking over an hour even though the place is only two buildings over from where I work. I didn't feel like I could complain since they didn't charge anything for the delivery. The sandwich was fine but it was nothing special. They substituted sprouts for cucumbers, which aren't really similar at all so I was little annoyed by that. All in all, it wasn't a great experience and I would probably not order from again unless I was really in a time crunch. The delivery person was very nice though. I just wish when I called they would have told me how long it would be so I could have made other arrangements.
Tips
Be sure to ask how long the delivery time is going to be when you place your order. You might also want to ask them to clear any substitutions with you before doing them so you know what to expect when they show up. Be sure to tip and sometimes it's better to pay a delivery fee than to have terrible service.
