the Price of Dermabrasion

Earlier this year, I decided that I wanted to take a more drastic measure to improve my skin than the typical lotions and potions. I decided to undergo dermabrasion. The cost of the procedure was $1500 dollars. My health insurance does not pay for any thing cosmetic and I had no health reason to justify the procedure meaning that I paid this price in its entirety myself.

Although it was on the expensive side, I am very happy I decided to have this procedure done. The difference in my skin is amazing! Friends and family kept telling me I looked so good after the procedure yet could not pinpoint a reason why. (I just smiled and said nothing was different). I look much much younger as some of the fine wrinkles I had before having it done are now all gone.

Before choosing on the doctor to perform this service for me, I spent a great deal of time researching people on the internet. I have heard a lot of horror stories about procedures like this and wanted to make sure the person I was going to had a good reputation. After all, we are talking about my face! I suggest that you also spend at least a few weeks researching before deciding upon a person. If any of your friends have had it done, I suggest you ask them for their invaluable input.
