the Price of a Financial Planner

The service is total financial planning services from a local firm. It includes investing and managing of all of the money we put into an account and tell them to invest. The $440 fee represents 1% of our overall account. I think 1% is a very reasonable fee, especially when he has made us 15 and 13% on our money the last two years respectively. The service includes managing a stock and mutual fund portfolio as well as managing an IRA account.

We could not be happier with our service. We have gotten an amazing return on our money that makes the fee meaningless. I would recommend a financial planner to anybody. Seems senseless not too. There is no way I could be getting the return on my money that I have gotten through the service on my own. The qualified professionals make their money for a reason - because they know what they are doing. When I pay 1% of my total account as a fee, and my account is making me around 15% in profit, it seems to be a very great decision!

My tip would be to go to people with a reputation for success. Not something to be a guinnea pig for and try somebody knew. Go to a firm with a proven reputation of excellence!
