the Cost of Travel Agents

We used this travel agent to book our trip to Disney World for 6 adults and 2 Children. The travel agent was responsible for booking the hotel rooms, the meal reservations, and the one night rental car. The agent woould have also handled the booking for the flights but I chose to do that myself. The travel agent provided us will multiple pricing options for our trip, taking into consideration our initial requests. They also provided all required luggage tags, itenerary info, etc.

The service I received was fantastic. The agent was very receptive to our needs and to our price requirement. THe travel agent reserved all of our meals and stayed in touch with me throughout the process. I knew immedately which reservations we got and for what time. We were also provided a printout of our itenerary as well as options to enhance our trip. The packaging of the materials was also very nice. Packets were provided for each room booked (3 in all) and all relevant information was included in the packets. The agent took extra time to answer my questions regarding our meal options and other questions.

The travel agent was very helpful and didn't cost us a dime. They get paid a commission by Disney. The travel agent saved me at leat 5-6 housrs of work and helped our trip go smoothly. Be sure to check around when choosing a travel agent becasue many do not charge for their services.
