the Cost of Travel Agents

I had to book a flight from Boston,USA to Bombay, india and was not able to find a good flight and rate as per my budget and schedule. This travel agent helped me plan my itenerary and travel dates with the cheapest available flight and also helped me book the domestic travel within India. They customized the plan according to my need and were very helpful. We booked 3 international flight tickets with different dates and 2 domestic flight tickets with them.

We had various options but the best one was Boston to Bombay (Mumbai) via Amsterdam. There was only a 2 hrs wait time at Amsterdam so that was great. Also the domestic flights were well planned and cheaper than we expected.

Very helpful and good service. They were always ready to take our calls and help. They also provided various options and eagerly ready to customize the plan that was suitable for us. The travel agents had details of all the flights that we could take, their rates, timings, good and bad etc. Also, they shared the tips with us that we should be keeping in mind while travelling in a particular flight.

For Domestic flights also they found the partner airlines for the flight we had and that saved us a lot of money in terms of extra baggage cost that we had to pay in case we travelled by any other airlines.

The agent representatives were very friendly, courteous and ready to help.

They also suggested to opt for what kind of food we would like to take inflight so that it doesn't become a problem later.

The payment were through credit card, so it was safe and secure.

Before making any reservations they blocked the flight for us so we could take our time to decide. They also provided all the latest and changed itenerary every time we asked for a change - they were very accomodative. Overall it was a great service exprience.

Be very sure about what services you want and when.

In case of International travel you may have to be a little flexible with dates, but travel agents are ready to work with you.

Remember to choose the kind of meal you want in-flight.

Before making any reservations block the flight so the deal doesn't go away. They can block for upto 24 hrs only.
