Description of service
A couple of months ago, I received a manicure/pedicure. I just used one solid color of nail polish for both my hands and feet. The charge for the combination was $30, and I believe that I gave about $5 for a tip.
Review of Service
The salon that I go to is a small, privately owned little business where the owners are the ones who are working on your hands and feet, along with their family members. I use this place quite frequently for a pedicure because their prices are extremely reasonable. The service here is wonderful. They are very accomodating to get you in-I have never had to wait to get started. Once you are seated in the pedicure chair, they get started right away, and they ensure that you are comfortable. They begin with the pedicure. Once the pedicure is almost done, they begin to get your fingernails soaking so that the manicure can begin. The total time for the manicure/pedicure combination is about and hour and fifteen minutes.
Tips
Always look for the small mom and pop shops. The spas are so unnecessarily expensive for the same exact service. I have had pedicures in lots of places, and I have found the small shops to be just as clean as the spas, so you might as well save yourself some money.
