I got a basic car wash. The cost was $10. I'm not sure if they accepted tips but I didn't leave one.
Review of Service
This wasn't the best car wash I've ever had but I guess I got what I paid for.
They washed the outside of the car with an automatic washer. Once it came out of the washer they hand dried and buffed the car. They also sprayed some kind of solution onto the chrome parts of the car and washed those by hand. They vacuumed the inside of the car as well as spraying an air freshener inside.
The problems I had were numerous. First of all, they didn't dry it very well. It wasn't really a huge deal but why bother taking the time to dry the car if you're not going to actually dry the car? Another problem was that they asked me before it started what type of air freshener I wanted. But when it came time to add the freshener it was not the scent I'd asked for.
On the plus side, this was very, very fast. It took only about 15 minutes from start to finish.
Tips
It's wise to pay a little extra to get the car wash you want. I wish I'd paid a little more and ended up with a car that looked excellent, instead of just okay.
