Description of service
Somehow, a rock flew up and hit the rear passenger side window on my Chevrolet Impala, causing a small crack in the glass. I called a repair place, fully ready to pay for the replacement of the whole window, but since the crack was small enough, the auto glass place was able to repair the window and now it looks like new. They used this special tool to almost erase the crack away. The whole procedure took about 20 minutes and only cost $35.
Review of Service
I got a great deal. I had over $200 ready to spend on a new window, but the company I chose to get this service done was very honest, and gave me a great deal. The window is like new again, and you can't even tell where the crack was. I was told that to do this, the crack has to be small than a dollar bill, which it was. If I encounter another small crack, or even a totally broken window, I will be returning to the same company.
Tips
Get the crack fixed as soon as possible. The longer you wait to have it fixed, the bigger the crack is going to become - you could really save a lot of money. Also check around to different places and see who has the cheapest price.
