the Cost of Permanent Makeup

I actually paid for this for my mom. She had been wanting it done for years, so I did it for her as a special surprise. The whole thing took about 2 hours because my mom kept making the girl stop, as it hurt really bad and my mom does not handle pain. She had it done in a medium brown color and in a medium thin line width, so that she could add color to it if she wanted to and it wasn't all in your face eyeliner like. She just had her lower lids done, as she does not normally wear it on her upper lids. The tech was really understanding and patient.

My mom loves the outcome of this tattoo. It looks really natural (like makeup) and doesn't look like a tattoo at all. I thought the price was high, but my mom was worth it. I know it hurt a lot and my mom said she would NOT do it again, but she is glad she did it. It has saved her time getting ready and she also likes that she can go swimming and stuff and not have to worry about it coming off.

Know its going to hurt and its going to take some time. Go with the thinner widths to prevent looking like a raccoon. I would also suggest, as did the tattoo artist, to avoid black. Browns are more natural and can be used in conjunction with other colors of makeup more easily.
