The Cost of Homeowner's Insurance

I recently changed my homeowners insurance to a new company. I was paying 1120.00 a year before for 90,000.00 on the home and 67,800.00 on contents plus 9000.00 on outbuildings and other structures. I found another company that offered me the same service for 457.00 a year. Big difference from 1120.00 a year. This company has been in business since 1920. You can't purchase there products online you have to meet with an agent in person. I think this is better that way if you have a question thay can answer it immediately.

I went in to my local agent with a copy of my present insurance and within minutes I has my new quote and a printed listed of coverage. I signed a few papers and had the amount taken from my checking amount which saves me from writing a check every month. I was greeted by a wondeful agent that answered all my questions.

Shop around for service don't settle for home insurance with a company because you like there tv commerical or there office is closer. Use the internet and compare prices. There are companies that will give you a discount if you have your auto and home insurance with them.
