Description of service
The service was the hiring of an attorney to draft Last Will & Testament along with setting up our Trust. It was labeled as an "Estate Planning" session. We basically took care of all the legal paperwork for our estate. The lawyer drafted much of the legal paperwork before hand and went over everything with us. Two office visits were included. One to meet before the lawyer drafted everything so that we could tell him what we wanted. The other was after the the lawyer drafted the documents so that we could review them and look them over to make sure it was what we wanted. The $700 represented total fee that included everything.
Review of Service
We were happy and thought that our lawyer was very professional, curteous, and knowledgable. The entire process was made very efficient and hassle free. We didn't hit much snags, other than minor adjustments or typo type issues. Overall we couldn't have been happier and we were very glad to get this done to avoid stress or any problems later on.
Tips
My tip would be that its so important to get this taken care of while you can. You never know what surprises life may throw you. Be prepared!
