Before buying a SEO service, ask the seller to show you some of his previous works. If the seller is not able to show you anything, then look somewhere else. If he tells you that he can't show you any examples because he just started doing SEO service, tell him that you might consider using his services only if he makes you a discount since you do not have any proof that he will really help your website. One last thing. Before buying a SEO service, always read the term of services of the company. There might be hidden fees (I had a bad experience in the past with another SEO company).
