I'm trying to set up my own online store and know that I have to be able to attract a select group of customers in order to survive and make a living at it. Considering the fact that I have very little startup money, I headed off to the closest college with a good IT program, looking for quality at an inexpensive price. $500 was paid to the students' club that helped me.

Since I was not in a big hurry to have the work performed, one of the instructors in the IT program said she would like to use this as a teaching experience for some of the more motivated students who were members of an IT club. In return, I was assured that my work would be completed in 3 weeks (before the semester officially ended).

I was well satisfied with the results I received. While my website does not appear first, second, or even third on the results pages, it is on the first page, and it is not the last result listed. I also know, from the tags that they used, that my website should appear whenever someone types in anything close to what I offer in any of the major search engines.

I would always recommend seeing if your local college or technical school could help with situations such as these. It provides the students with a great learning experience and generally saves you some money.
