the Cost of Law School

It is a three year program and upon graduation you will earn a Juris Doctrate. The 30,000 dollar price tag includes three years worth of in-state tuition, but does not include expenses for books, food or lodging. Tuition includes every class that you will need to graduate with a law degree. You also receive access to the schools career database for life and the ability to attended several law related functions each year.

You can also opt to do the program dually with a psychology degree. Graduation would be postponed an additional year and the cost would be more.

I found the in-state price of the tuition to be extremely reasonable. Many law schools are private and cost a lot more. It was definitely worth the price tag to attend, especially since many of the professors are graduates of top 100 law schools, including Harvard. This means that your education will be one of the best, making you more marketable when you graduate.

If you are married, you can qualify for in-state tuition if your spouse is employed full time in Nebraska before the school year actually starts. So even if the job starts the day before class, you can still qualify for in-state tuition.
