Description of service

Our family went on a 45 minute walking tour along a harbor in Chicago. The cost for the five of us was $35.00 for the 45 minutes.

Review of Service

The normal price of this tour was $12 per adult and $5 per child. When we went to buy our tickets, we were told there was a cheaper family ticket option for a flat fee of $35 that would admit up to 4 adults and 4 children. We really appreciated us letting us know and were very impressed, since we were ready to pay the full amount.

The tour was nice. Our guide was very informed and very slow paced and laid back so we could all take a nice slow stroll around the harbor. I think the time allotted was perfect.

The only complaint I had is that the tour did start about 15 minutes after we were told it would start. We had dinner plans that we were almost late for because of this. Also, it was extremely hot the day we decided to go. So that put a little bit of a damper on our day.

Tips

Always be sure to ask if there is a family pass option when doing these types of tours with a group of your family. You can save a lot of money this way.
