the Cost of Facials

I went to a spa and had a 60 minute facial done. It included aromatherapy. There were several packages available if you wanted to buy several facial treatments together. They also had an option to have hot/cold stones for an additional price. They had a teen price as well.

I wasn't really sure what to expect as 60 minutes seemed like a really long time to get a facial. When I got in there it was pretty nice. They rubbed my face and massaged it which felt nice. They then applied several different applications. Some of them really made my face feel dry at the time but by the time I got out of there I felt very moisturized. There were a few downsides. For one, it really did feel like a long time. I think I would have been better suited to get a half an hour facial. Another problem was that they didn't explain anything to me. I would have liked to know the products they were using.

I think a shorter facial for less money would be a better option. A lot of times they will try to give you a hard sell to buy their products when you leave. Don't let yourself feel pressured.
