the Cost of Facials

I receievd a really inexpensive facial at my local Cosmetology school, the facial included a gentle exfoliation, facial massage, cool spray mist, and moisturizer...

I wanted to get a professional facial, but this day I really didn't have the extra money to go to a full service spa. Being a student myself at a Cosmetology school in the past, I knew that the schools offered pretty much all the same services like they do at a full service salon, but at dramatically reduced prices.

Of course the reason the services are so much cheaper, is because they are offered by the students. But I have to say that the service was very good, and the students were really polite...when I received my facial, the student had me lay on my back on top of a table in a small private room. the facial itself lasted about 1 hour, and was very relaxing .

My advice is whenever shopping for beauty service, going to a Cosmetology school is a great benefit, I might be a bit more apprehensive about receiving hair services, but in my opinion getting something like a facial is completely fine. a good idea would be to ask exactly what products are used, and ask the exact process to make sure you want have an allergic reaction...it's also a good idea to call before hand to make sure they aren't crowded at the time you want to go in, because trust me, their will be a lot others interested in saving money as well !
