the Price of Limos for Special Events

I rented a limo for my wedding for a 4 hour block of time. The chauffeur went above and beyond his service. He arrived a half hour ahead of schedule stating "everyone runs late and forgets what they need, so I just come early with a list to help out". He reviewed the multiple stops on the schedule and ran thru his list of items needed for the wedding: marriage license, purse, keys- just the little things he says people aways forget. After the service, the driver helped take down the decorations in the church and once again went thru a list so we wouldn't forget anything at the church. On the way to the reception he had free snacks "to help soak up the champagne so you can remember your wedding".

The limo was clean and smelled good. The drive was smooth. The service was excellent. Instead of just providing a driving service- the chauffeur provided a concierge service. He kept up with all the details that might have been forgotten, like the marriage license. He helped maintain the calm and stay on schedule.

Don't go with just looks and glory of the limos a service provides. Always check their driving record and limo license. Read reviews provided and check references. Many companies provide fancy cars but poor service. Only a few provide both. Provide a tentative schedule if multiple stops are needed and review to be sure that the driver is familiar with the area. Remember that although my driver provided a beyond the service call- this is rare.
