Description of service
The insurance on this boat was very basic. It consisted of 24/7 service if you were out on the water. If you broke down then they would come out and work on the boat in the water to try and get it started. If it did not start then they would tow you back to your dock. Since the insurance was booked in the area were the boat was docked there were always boats from this company patrolling the area to make sure that everyone was ok. We actually had to use it twice. When we called they came to us within a half hour. They assessed the problem and realized that they could not fix it so they towed us back to our dock.
Review of Service
The service was great. They were very prompt when we called them. The fact that they patrol the area is good because they are never too far away from you.
Tips
Price around for different options. They have different insurances with more options. If you are not sure where to look see if there is someone in you area that could recommend an insurance company. Also check with your automobile or home owners insurance to see if they offer it and maybe get it at a discounted rate.
