Description of service
My son got this for a birthday present and really has just now got to start riding it. When he was out back riding it we heard some strange sound coming from the bike every time he tried to use the brakes. We let him ride it for a little longer and then we hear him yell he could not stop and then a crash. We took the scooter to the bike shop and found out that when it was put together the brakes was bad and that the front and back finder needed replaced. We paid $145 for the brakes to be replaced and the finders from where he fell and they cracked.
Review of Service
I was happy that they took care of my sons scooter and was able to get it in and fixed within the day. The men there showed me what to look for if I heard the sound again. My son is happy to have his scooter and now rides it everyday.
Tips
I was not sure where to go for something like this so I looked up a few bike shops in my local phone book and found one not to far from home. When looking for something make sure you call or go in and ask all the questions you need to ask to make sure you get the right service that you are looking for.
