Description of service
We had our logo only on a piece of paper. We needed something done with it so that we would be able to use it for a variety of things, including new stationary, pens, a custom sign, and on several other promotional items. Our vendors needed it in a variety of formats -- some needed it emailed; some needed it on disc; others needed black and white camera ready art, such as on an ad slick. We had some done with and without a tagline. We also had a portion of the font redesigned.
Review of Service
We were extremely satisfied with the service we received. We were able to secure our logo in all of the formats needed, based on which individual vendor we were working with. Our logo was redesigned and reformatted according to our specifications, and was done so in a timely manner -- less than one week.
Tips
In todays business world, it seems that a low resolution file, such as one downloaded off an internet page, or a logo on a piece of letterhead will not work for many things. If you want to get logoed pens or tshirts, or something of that nature, you have to have what is called vector art. A place that specializes in graphic arts is the only place it seems you can get this done if you do not have high end graphic design software of your own.
