Description of service
My plan is relatively cheap compared to some of these unlimited plans. However my plan doesn't really include too much, but it's just what I need for my lifestyle. For $50/month I get 700 anytime minutes, unlimited nights and weekends which start after 7:00pm. Unfortunately I don't get any text messaging which is really popular right now. I guess I can deal, since it would probably add on another $20 just for texting. The phone also came free when signing up for a one year plan. And also there was a one time start up fee of $30.
Review of Service
I have scattered service like any cellphone company. There seem to be quite a few dead spots in my house where I use it most since it's also my home phone. I have my favorite chair in a location so I can get service, which is sort of a pain, but it works. Customer service I would say is average at best and they may be able to answer a basic question in around 20 minutes. If it's about a billing mistake it could take up to 30 minutes. Luckily they rarely mess up the billing and overall I am happy with the service.
Tips
There are many great phone companies that have exactly what you need for service, so I say shop around until you find what you want. Don't just pick the service because the phone is pretty.
