I have a family plan phone service with direct connect. It gives me 700 shared anytime minutes, unlimited local and long distance, free nights starting after 7:00pm and free weekends. I have free unlimited direct connect across the country. I have free incoming calls from any person with the same cell phone company. I can call anyone with the same cell phone company and not be charged any minutes.
Review of Service
The service is good. I very rarely have loss of connection. The direct connect is very easy to use and there is usually never a problem using it. The free nights starting at 7:00pm are very convenient. The calls are very clear. If I ever had a problem with my bill then the customer service department has been very helpful. I would like to see my cell phone company come up with roll over minutes.
Tips
Make sure that you shop around. There are many different cell phone plans out there. Find one that suits your needs. Be aware of any hidden costs. Such as how much a cell phone minute cost one you are over the usage of your minutes. Find out what your local and long distance calling areas are.
