Description of service
The service included the delivery of my choice of appetizers and sandwiches which I selected off of their menu. The delivery was planned two days in advance and it was outlined that the delivery would occur at a certain time and would take roughly 30 minutes for the set up after the delivery. The total order was to include two 6 foot sandwiches and appetizers for roughly 20 people.
Review of Service
The service was great. Not only did the delivery service help set up the food once they got there (rather than dropping off the food and leaving), they also helped out serving the food and gave tips on how to keep certain things cold while sprucing up the presentation of the food. It was really a great delivery service because the people who delivered the food were the same people who made it, and they helped get my party going by making the delivery promptly and setting up efficiently.
Tips
My tip would be to stay with fan favorites for your party, do not creative as this may exploit any attendee's allergies or their food dislikes. I kept it fairly standard with two long sandwiches and appetizers for a small variety. Also, if the delivery guys can spare a second, ask them to help you set up and give them a big tip (if needed to keep them around) because they are around this food all day and they know how to make it look it's best.
