the Price of Party Food Delivery

We ordered party trays for a Super Bowl party we were having. We had a total of 25 anticipated guests. The cost for the food was $97 with tax and delivery fee (the delivery fee was $11.95) and we gave a tip which brought the total up to $120.

We initially had a hard time finding someone to deliver food to us as we only gave them 2 days notice. We didn't realize that people were making reservations weeks and sometimes months in advance. We finally found a local deli that was willing to fit us in. We ordered the standard cold cuts, cheese, fruit and veggies tray. We found the price to be good and the customer service on the phone to be outstanding.

The delivery driver was about 25 minutes later than we were told but we really didn't mind as we'd put our order in so late and almost didn't get anything at all. The driver was very courteous and came in to set everything up for us so we tipped extra well.

Make sure you get your order in for these types of parties early! You don't want to end up with no food on your big day.
