Description of service

Food delivery for a holiday party. They brought Sandwich trays, cut fruit and vegetables, cheeses, dips, sausage balls and chicken fingers, two punches. Service offers several different packages, all of them based on the number of attendees anticipated for the event. There are multiple selections for sandwiches, fruit and vegetable trays, sweets, holiday favorites, and beverages that come with each package. The service delivers the food and will handle the setup of the buffet tables for the event. For an added fee, someone will serve during the party and also clean up afterwards.

Review of Service

This worked out to be the easiest holiday open house I've ever had. The menu was planned out in advance, and a firm delivery time set, so I did not have to waste the day waiting on the food to show up. The two delivery people came in and prepared the serving area, made sure my chafing dishes were set up properly, and even decorated the table a little. The sandwiches and other items that were to be served cold came in sealed containers with lids that could be removed just before the guests were due to arrive. The delivery people mixed the punch just before leaving. Cleaning up was no problem, since the guests ate just about all the delicious food.

Tips

Ask about options for your food orders, so that you can accommodate any special dietary needs. Make sure you can get a firm commitment on delivery time and also that there is no miscommunication about setting up the food. Also make sure to arrange for cleanup ahead of time if you do not want to handle the job yourself.
