Description of service
This cost of $250 included shoes, socks, tuxedo jacket, pants, tie, vest, white shirt, cuff links and the cost of dry cleaning everything which the shop does for you. I could have got a tuxedo for as cheap as $100 but this was for a wedding and I wanted to look nice for that. Ultimately you do get quite a bit for the money.
Review of Service
I chose a big name tuxedo rental shop in my area because I felt they would get my tuxedo on time. It was a bit more expensive than I thought it would be because you can purchase a decent tuxedo for about $600 which is tough to justify when a rental is just about half the price of owning one, but I won't ever use it. The company was very courtius and immediately welcomed me and helped me pick out the appropriate tuxedo for my cousins wedding. They measured me which took about 30 second and I was on to selecting a tie and vest color. This was all I had to do the first time. I came back about two days later and tried everything on and was extremely satisfied with it. Everything was wrapped up and ready so it would be easy to transport to the wedding in a different state. It couldn't have been easier. I even had the choice of paying when I chose the tuxedo or paying when I picked it up. I chose to pay when I chose the tuxedo just to get it out of the way. Overall it was a great experience.
Tips
It probably would have been smart to check a couple places, but this place has won me over and I'll probably go back even if it is more expensive. Amazing what great service can do for you. There's nothing wrong with the tuxedos they advertise on tv, but the material is extremely thin and it shows a bit.
