Description of service
We rented three tuxedos for $115 each for a Saturday event, and the groom's tuxedo was provided at no charge. Each tuxedo included pants, coat, shirt, cummerbund, bow tie, and alterations, if necessary. The tuxedos were traditional black with a white shirt. We were able to pick up the tuxedos on Thursday afternoon and return them on following Monday.
Review of Service
We were actually quite satisfied with the service provided by the store. Certainly they had done this many times, but they took the time to explain to us the different types of tuxedo looks so that we could make the right selection, and they fitted each of us so that we looked great. They also delivered on their promises on time and things were ready when we expected. The alterations were done correctly and there was no additional cost, and everything was dry cleaned and smelled and felt fresh when we put them on. There wasn't anything that we were unhappy about regarding the tuxedos and the price was fair.
Tips
It's definitely important that each person be happy with the fit and not be afraid to speak up if additional alterations are needed. Also, be sure to pick up the tuxedos and try them on in advance of the day they are needed, and check that you have both of the cufflinks and all of the accessories that you are supposed to have, such as button tacks and the bowtie.
