A technician used a light piece of string or thread to shape and trim my eyebrows. There was virtually no pain at all and the process was very quick. There is a certain skill used with the thread and the technician knew just what to do.
Review of Service
I was happy with the service I received, it was very quick, painless and the results lasted at least as long as the times when I have had my eyebrows waxed. Sometimes there is a lingering redness from having hot wax on your face, but there were not after effects from the eyebrow threading. Working with the thread the technician removed all of the excess hair around my eyebrows and was able to shape them very well. I do not know if it is a special type of thread or string that is used, but I will definitely use this service again.
Tips
I went to a local salon and had my eyebrow threading done, it was a good experience. If you are looking for a quick, painless, economical way to improve your eyebrows, I would highly recommend that you try eyebrow threading. I definitely prefer it over waxing, and plucking each individual hair just takes too much time, eyebrow threading is the way to go.
