The service is great. The online banking where you can see your account is great because you don't have to go into the branch to get your information and your balance is shown in real time. The bill pay option is great that way you can set up your bills and not have to worry about them getting paid. It is also good because there is 24 hour customer service if you need support.
Tips
Make sure there are no fee associated with the online banking and bill pay. Also make sure that you do not give your password out to anyone that way it stays secure. Don't be afraid to ask questions.
