My bank is providing an absolutely free of charge online banking. Their website is very reliable, always accessible and the layout and functionality is really good. You can find tools for everything, totally eliminating the need to call customer service. You can transfer money between accounts, schedule bills to pay, look up checks, even stop a check payment. You can look up payments just being on hold when you use your debit visa card. This is a feature I really love. You don't have to make sure to hold on to your receipts, just go online and you get the exact list of amount you spent recently and not posted yet. Very simple to use, anyone can learn it in a few minutes.

I am very satisfied with this service and not to mention that the price is just right. I believe no bank should charge for this service as if you think about it, by using online banking the customer is actually taking care of themselves.
Tips
Do not sign up with any bank that does not provide online access to your account or who charges for this service. Once you start using online banking, you will see how simple and reliable it is and will not want to leave with out it.
