It didn't cost anything over the price of the tickets to make the bookings online so I presume the company was either paid by the airlines to list their flights, or took a commission for each sale they made.
Only uninterrupted domestic flights were available, and no other services, though we did get a choice of seats and meals for longer flights and on airlines that offered such choices.
Review of Service
Not bad. I could have used an automated taxi service booking thing that had a taxi waiting for me at the airport to take me where I needed to go, but one wasn't really hard to find so it wasn't a big deal.
All I ended up needing from them was a domestic return flight, and that's what they got me. It was a last minute thing so it was a bit pricey, but not more than I'd have expected.
Tips
If you have metal pins holding one or more of your bones together, don't forget that you do. Also make sure all medications are labeled for easy identification. The guy in front of me forgot to do both those things and made me and the other people behind him glad we'd arrived over an hour early for our flights. Not that standing in a security line for an hour is better than sitting comfortably for an hour.
