Description of service
The price was for the cost over and above the price of the ticket sold (i.e. none) to use the company's online airline ticket arbitrage scheme. Basically what they do is they buy the tickets at a discounted price weeks before a flight, then sell the tickets to people at lower rates than the airlines do at the last minute before flights.
Review of Service
Saved me $300 on two round trip first class tickets to SF on a major airline so I'd have to say I'm pretty happy with the service. Shame, though, we had to book a hotel separately. It would have been nice to have the same scheme for hotel bookings since we ended up at a hotel during a convention and had a bear of a time getting a decent room.
Tips
Honestly I would have thought that this sort of thing (reselling tickets) would be illegal what with the TSA and whatnot. I mean, it's exactly the same as ticket scalping. Guess I shouldn't expect that just because things seem like they would be illegal that they necessarily are.
You'll almost certainly get better deals if you order the tickets early yourself so if you're going on vacation, do that as part of the planning.
