This service is of great quality and true value. The long distance plan is well worth the monthly service fee. Having the luxury to pick up the phone and call within the US or Canada without worrying about a big bill is wonderful. I talk long distance, on average, 1500 minutes per month. I used to use calling cards but this service is far cheaper. Most of my family lives in Canada so this is a great plan for me as I do speak to my family daily. Customer care is fantastic and they are always very helpful when you have a question or a concern. They are not pushy with their other products or services. Customer service is very important to me with any service and they go above and beyond my expectations. When needing to make payment arrangements this company is very willing to work with what you can afford.
