Review of Service
When I moved to Fargo I called around to the various phone companies to see what they could offer me. After a couple hours of being on the phone with the many companies I decided to go with one specific one. When the guy came to install the phone lines, he was very interested in what I would be using my phone for, where I would be making most of my calls, (IE. Bedroom, Kitchen, Livingroom.) he wanted to be sure I would have a phone near by when it was needed. I was told that I would have to pay additional cost for them to add phone lines throughout my house. it would be $30 no matter if I added one or ten. I declined to have any further jacks added to my home and just kept the one in the bedroom and one in the kitchen. I couldnt believe it would cost me that much to add one phone jack. Over all my service has been excellent. I was given a toll free number to call 24/7 if I needed and was assured I would be able to speak to a real person, not a automated service.
Tips
When signing up for a phone service try and find one that has unlimited local AND long distance calling all the time. I found that some places only offered unlimited long distance after a certain time which wasnt helpful to me. Also try bundling services, you will recieve a discounted price and only have to pay one bill for all of your services.
