the Cost of Home Audio Installation

We purchased a home audio system from the warehouse store we belong too and the price included delivery and installation/setup. The system was delivered by mail, we called the warehouse to schedule the installation, and the tech came and set up our system a couple of days later. The package included a DVD player, 5 speakers (one for each corner of the room and a center front speaker), and a subwoofer all installed/set up for us. We purchased it to hook into our projection TV system. The tech opened up all of our merchandise, checked to make sure all parts needed were present, asked us where we wanted each item, and hooked it all up--running wires under baseboards, etc.

I thought this was an incredible deal. It only took the tech like an hour to do the whole job, but just to have someone come to your home and set up all of this equipment the way you want it done for no cost to you (other than the cost of the equipment itself) is incredible. The tech did a great job, caused no damage to anything, checked to be sure all worked properly before leaving, and was very friendly. We even got an 800 number for tech support 24/7 for a year for free! I would recommend this program to anyone!

Definitely shop around. We got a really good name brand system installed for free and it works great because we were not afraid to order it online through our warehouse club website rather than seeing it first hand. If we had gone to a normal store, we would have paid (per our research) about $200.00 more for the same exact system and would have had to install it all ourselves.
